I am a Mental Health First Aider, Associate Lecturer and more.
Within my teams, I have and maintain strong rapport and pride myself in supporting my team members.
Team
Management
Many of my prior roles have had aspects of project and team management. From those, I have maintained a number of life-long friendships, and have frequently been commended for being a reliable and supportive teammate.
This one is hard to be objective as the "teammate" in question but I am happy to provide references.
I have project managed both large teams and global projects, and feel comfortable doing so.
After completing the MHFA training with OLIVER, I have been lucky enough to be entrusted with the personal concerns and crisis' of a people both within the company and outside of it. These skills have proven to be valuable life skills.
Outside of work, I use these skills when volunteering with young people in care, and at the local university where I teach.
